Hey. I’m Kate of Celebrate Everything and I’ve spent many years immersed in researching creativity, relationships, community, herbalism, healing, loving, radical living, loving kindness, compassionate communication, anti-violence, anti-capitalism, and permaculture—learning, unlearning, and collecting resources along the way. Info-dumping is my love language, so I decided to find an outlet for resources I’ve found along my search for truth, joy and love. This is my ever-evolving, lovingly curated list of books, events, spaces, videos, tools, and ideas that have inspired me deeply. You will find a lot of plant medicine, music, mediations, art, open communication resources and tools for healing. I share to connect, empower, and build community. It’s always growing, just like I am—so feel free to reach out with questions or thoughts anytime!

My favorite affirmations:
I will have the courage to live true to myself. I will not let fear stop me from experiencing joy. I will express my feelings while I have the chance. I will prioritize connection with those I love. I will not let work consume the most important parts of my life. I will seek experiences over possessions. I will cherish the time I have and use it intentionally. I will make space for what truly matters to me. I will live in a way that my future self will look back on with peace. At the end of my life, I want to say, “I truly lived.” I will do my best with what I have today. Every small step I take matters. Perfection is not required—only progress. My best looks different every day, and that’s okay. I will not judge myself for where I am. I choose self-compassion over self-criticism. The more I trust myself, the more I grow. I am proud of myself for showing up today. I will celebrate my progress, no matter how small. My efforts are enough. Action brings clarity—overthinking brings doubt. I do not need to figure out step ten when I’m on step one. I am allowed to take things one day at a time. I trust the process even when I don’t see the full picture. Overthinking steals my joy—I choose trust instead. I am not required to have all the answers right now. Life unfolds beautifully when I release control. I can embrace uncertainty with curiosity instead of fear. I allow myself to move forward with imperfect action. The unknown is not something to fear—it is filled with possibility.
